WORK ENVIRONMENT

"Challenging, professional, stimulating, rewarding, and inspiring" are adjectives that are often used when people at Williams Notaro & Associates, Inc. (WNA) are asked to describe the work environment. We believe that a "team" can accomplish more than a "corporate hierarchy." In fact, you won't find an organizational chart at WNA. Everyone works together to satisfy the client and projects are staffed by competency, expertise, and experience rather than seniority. Team spirit is a vital component of our environment.

Team spirit is fostered through open communication, mentoring, and a willingness to help that is shared by everyone. Ideas on improving the service to our clients, improving the quality of our documents, or improving our procedures to maximize efficiency are shared by the WNA team in our weekly Quality Control Meetings. All suggestions are thoroughly evaluated in this group session.

Our principals, senior engineers, and project managers are available anytime for project related discussions, help solving a problem, or just for some advice. We have in-house training sessions, vendor sponsored programs, and encourage everyone to continuously develop their abilities. We are focused on helping each person achieve their goals within the corporate philosophy of WNA.

We work hard and at a high level of intensity. With our emphasis on providing the best quality services and documents in the industry, everyone strives to perform at their best all the time. To balance the intensity, we also get together on company activities to go unwind from the daily challenges and just have a little fun. We have taken a fishing trip on the Chesapeake Bay, challenged our strategic partners, FMDS, to a friendly bowling match (we won!), gone out for dinners at gourmet restaurants and watched a play at the Kennedy Center. These kinds of events have always been an integral component of our work environment here at WNA.
