WNA strives to provide the highest level of professional services and the highest level of quality documentation in the industry. We support this though our detailed and aggressive Quality Control Program, in-house seminars on design, communication, and construction practices, detailed research and analysis of every project, and thorough site evaluations during the design phase of the project to accurately represent the existing conditions.

Even during the proposal phase of a project, we visit the project site, discuss the technical aspects of the project with the client and the building operations staff, and then provide a detailed scope statement specifically identifying the services provided, the design approach, and the systems used to meet the needs of each individual project. Even though this process can be tedious and time consuming, we provide this level of detail on all of our proposals so our clients know exactly what they are paying for and the design team knows exactly what the scope of work is before the project has begun.

Part of providing exceptional services includes accurately projecting staffing and maintaining design schedules. Since each proposal is based on engineering hour estimates, WNA can provide accurate design schedules for each of our projects. In addition, during our weekly project scheduling meetings, every active project is tracked, discussed, and reviewed to determine the staffing plan for the week to meet the desired schedules. Construction is a dynamic process and many factors can result in schedule changes. WNA works very hard to control the engineering factors to keep our projects on track.

WNA encourages the staff to be available to our clients. We offer our clients direct access to each of the project design team. The design team members are empowered to review and discuss the project and to work closely with each other to efficiently manage the information flow.
