The existing HBL Sales and Customer Service Area is a luxury and sports automobile facility. The owners’ desired to expand and upgrade the Customer Service area to meet an increase in demand to have high-end automobiles serviced at HBL and only sell and service Mercedes-Benz automobiles at this location at Tyson's Corner. The new facility has doubled the number of Mercedes that can be serviced and has a special service bay for the Maybach model.

New car lifts were installed throughout the entire facility. Both the new and renovated service areas have exhaust removal, windshield wash distribution, and pressurized air distribution systems. All service bays have new computer stations to diagnose any potential adverse conditions with the cars. Additionally, all workspace is fully conditioned, heating and cooling.
