The new high end Customer Area has an atrium area for customers to relax while waiting for their Mercedes to be serviced. The Lounge Area is directly connected to the Drive-Through Drop Off Area with automatic garage doors so the customer is never exposed to the elements. A two set of automatic double doors provide an air-interlock between the Drive-Through Area and the Lounge Area. The Retail Area has a Cashier Counter and a Parts Counter, and sells Mercedes merchandise with the HBL logo.
The new facility also has locker rooms with showers for HBL automobile maintenance personnel that are located above the new conditioned Drive-Through Drop Off. The old locker room area was converted to an open office area for the Service Manager (private office) and associated customer relations personnel
