The central Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system is now 33 years old. Tiffany & Co. is currently renovating floors 1 and 2 and providing a new HVAC air distribution system, but the system serving floors 3 through 11 is still original. The occupants of the building have complained of poor temperature control and other comfort related issues. Williams Notaro was retained to evaluate the overall condition of the existing HVAC equipment and the system operation and to provide a recommendation to improve the indoor comfort, system reliability, and energy efficiency.
